Can SharpMatter modify my Meta campaigns?
No. SharpMatter uses read-only access to your Meta ad account. We can never create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns, ad sets, ads, or any other objects. All analysis is purely observational.
What Meta data do you access?
We access campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives), performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR), and targeting options (interests, behaviors, demographics, geos). We do not access your personal Facebook profile, messages, or any non-advertising data.
How does SharpMatter connect to Meta?
Through the official Meta OAuth flow. You click "Connect Meta" and authorize read-only access in the standard Meta permissions dialog. Your OAuth token is AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. You can revoke access at any time from the Connect page or directly in Meta Business Settings.
Do you support multiple Meta ad accounts?
Yes. On Solo ($99/mo) you can connect up to 10 ad accounts, and on Agency ($499/mo) up to 50.
How fresh is the data?
SharpMatter queries the Meta Graph API in real-time when you ask a question. There's no batch sync or stale cache — you're always seeing live data. For frequently accessed metrics, we cache results for 5 minutes to keep responses fast.
Is this approved by Meta?
Yes. SharpMatter holds Meta Ads Management Standard Access, approved by Meta's App Review team. We comply with all Meta Platform Terms and data handling requirements.
Can I use this through Claude Desktop or other MCP clients?
